Job summary
Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 1 in the United States to support ERP implementation projects within the EAIS unit. You will assist in stakeholder interviews, map business needs to technical solutions, and help tailor ERP packages for client environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience in lieu of education accepted.
- Relocation/travel to work or project location may be required.
- Candidates authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship may apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist in stakeholder interviews and workshops; capture user needs for ERP implementations.
- Participate in discussions between stakeholders and design team to understand technical solutions.
- Develop and refine codes to customize and integrate ERP packages per detailed designs.
- Perform data migration activities; map fields and cleanse data for uninterrupted integration.
- Conduct/compliance checks to ensure ERP systems align with industry standards and security protocols.
- Draft documentation detailing steps for ERP package customization for user training.
