Job summary

Infosys Limited, a leader in digital services, seeks a Package Consultant 2 with deep expertise in enterprise integration and middleware. The role focuses on requirements validation, ERP customization, and secure, scalable data flows across cloud and on-premises environments.

You will design, develop, and integrate features within ERP packages, review code for quality, and guide stakeholders through architecture decisions, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 10+ years of IT experience with enterprise/integration architecture, middleware, SOA, and API platforms.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
