Job summary

EY is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Manager (SM2) to drive strategic cyber solution development and enable growth across priority accounts. You will work with client-serving partners, solution architects, and global practices to design differentiated offerings and mature cyber programs.

The role requires 10-15+ years of experience, strong executive engagement skills, and a proven track record in cybersecurity transformation for large-scale engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a cybersecurity-related field.
• 10-15+ years of cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or industry experience.
• Experience leading large-scale cyber transformation programs.
• Proven success supporting sales pursuits and account growth.
• Experience developing cybersecurity business cases, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Strong understanding of managed security services and security operations.
• Experience working directly with CISOs and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic cyber solution development aligned to client objectives and risk priorities.
• Lead development of integrated cybersecurity offerings and repeatable service frameworks.
• Collaborate with sector teams to bring leading practices into client solutions.
• Develop operating models, staffing plans, roadmaps, and target-state architectures.
• Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and GenAI into cybersecurity solutions.
• Serve as cyber domain lead for strategic accounts and growth opportunities.
• Lead pursuit materials and proposals, including executive presentations and SOWs.
• Mentor managers, consultants, and solution architects across engagements.
