Job summary

EY is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Manager to drive strategic solution development, support priority account growth, and lead cybersecurity services across client engagements. You will partner with partners, architects, and executives to shape differentiated offerings and growth opportunities for EY’s cyber practice.

The role emphasizes advisory leadership, client engagements with CISOs, and transformation initiatives across defense, fraud, and risk management, with a focus on delivering value

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cyber transformation programs.
• Proven success supporting sales pursuits and account growth.
• Experience developing cybersecurity business cases, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Strong understanding of managed security services and security operations.
• Experience working directly with CISOs and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated cybersecurity solutions aligned to client objectives and risk priorities.
• Design innovative offerings spanning Cyber Defense & Fraud.
• Lead development of repeatable service offerings, solution accelerators, and implementation frameworks.
• Collaborate with sector cyber teams to bring leading practices into client solutions.
• Develop operating models, service catalogs, staffing plans, and target-state architectures.
• Incorporate AI, automation, analytics and GenAI-enabled capabilities into cybersecurity solutions.
