Job summary

EY is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Manager (SM2) to drive strategic solution development and expand EY Cyber services across client engagements. This role acts as a trusted advisor to account leadership, helping clients address complex cyber risks while identifying opportunities to grow EY Cyber services.

You will collaborate with client-serving partners, architects, and global practices to build differentiated offerings, ongoing pursuits, and tailored roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cyber transformation programs.
• Proven success supporting sales pursuits and account growth.
• Experience developing cybersecurity business cases, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Experience working directly with CISOs and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity proposal development for strategic opportunities for Cyber Defense & Fraud.
• Develop pursuit materials including executive presentations, Statements of Work (SOWs), business cases, cost estimates, transformation roadmaps and managed service solutions
• Present solutions during client workshops, orals, and executive sessions.
• Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Manage pipeline forecasting and reporting for cyber opportunities.
