Job summary

EY is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Manager (SM2) to lead strategic cyber solution development and support account growth across client engagements. You will partner with account leaders, architects, and service teams to shape differentiated offerings and drive cyber transformation initiatives.

The role focuses on advising clients, developing roadmaps, and guiding pursuits and proposals while aligning cybersecurity programs with regulatory requirements and business risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or industry experience.
• Led large-scale cyber transformation programs and deals.
• Proven success in sales pursuits and account growth.
• Experience with CISOs and executive stakeholders.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP or cloud security certs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of integrated cybersecurity solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Design offerings spanning Cyber Defense & Fraud and create accelerators.
• Support pursuits, proposals, and executive workshops.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and stakeholders.
• Mentor teams and share reusable assets across the practice.
