Job summary

EY is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Manager (SM2) to drive strategic cyber solution development and enable growth across client engagements. The role acts as a trusted advisor to account leadership, shaping differentiated EY Cyber services and opportunities in the marketplace.

You will work with client-serving partners, architects, and global practices to develop offerings, pursue opportunities, and position EY as the preferred cyber transformation advisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cyber transformation programs.
• Proven success supporting sales pursuits and account growth.
• Experience working directly with CISOs and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated cybersecurity solutions aligned to client business objectives and risk priorities.
• Design innovative offerings spanning Cyber Defense & Fraud.
• Lead development of repeatable service offerings, solution accelerators, and implementation frameworks.
• Collaborate with sector cyber teams to bring leading practices into client solutions.
• Develop operating models, service catalogs, staffing plans, and roadmaps.
• Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and GenAI-enabled capabilities into cybersecurity solutions.
• Serve as cyber domain lead for strategic accounts across the insurance sector.
• Support account teams in identifying, qualifying, and shaping opportunities.
• Develop account growth strategies and roadmaps.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs and CISOs.
• Drive executive-level discussions around cybersecurity transformation.
• Maintain account intelligence on client priorities and tech landscape.
• Lead cybersecurity proposal development for strategic opportunities.
• Present solutions at workshops and executive sessions.
• Support contract negotiations and pipeline forecasting.
• Advise clients on investment prioritization and workforce transformation.
• Align cybersecurity programs with regulatory requirements.
