Job summary

EY is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Manager (SM2) to drive strategic cyber solution development and enable growth across client engagements. You will serve as a trusted advisor to account leadership, shaping EY cyber transformations and working with partners, solution architects, and global practices.

Responsibilities include leading cyber solution development, pursuing strategic opportunities, and defining operating models and roadmaps with a focus on AI-enabled capabilities and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or industry experience.
• Experience leading large-scale cyber transformation programs.
• Experience developing cybersecurity business cases, roadmaps, and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber solution development for Cyber Defense & Fraud aligned to client priorities.
• Stand up differentiated cybersecurity offerings and repeatable service frameworks.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs and CISOs at strategic accounts.
• Support pursuits, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Mentor managers, consultants, and solution architects.
