Job summary

EY is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Manager to guide strategic cyber solution development and support priority account growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, shaping cyber transformation initiatives across client engagements and leading major pursuits.

The role requires deep expertise in cyber architecture, operating models, and managed services, with a focus on growth and client value delivery within complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or industry experience.
• Experience leading large-scale cyber transformation programs.
• Experience supporting sales pursuits and account growth.
• Experience developing cybersecurity business cases, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Strong understanding of managed security services and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic cyber solution development across client engagements.
• Serve as trusted advisor to account leadership teams and CISOs.
• Lead pursuit and proposal management for cybersecurity opportunities.
• Develop differentiated cyber offerings and transformation roadmaps.
• Mentor managers, consultants, and solution architects.
• Build relationships with client executives and drive executive discussions.
