Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Manager (SM2) to drive strategic cyber solution development, advise account leadership, and accelerate pursuit and delivery of cybersecurity services across client engagements.

The role partners with client-serving teams to build differentiated offerings, expand EY Cyber services, and mentor solution architects and consultants across major accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field.
• 10–15+ years of cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or industry experience.
• Experience leading large-scale cyber transformation programs.
• Proven success supporting sales pursuits and account growth.
• Experience working with CISOs and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated cybersecurity solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Design offerings spanning Cyber Defense & Fraud.
• Develop repeatable service offerings, accelerators, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with sector cyber teams to apply leading practices.
• Develop operating models, service catalogs, staffing plans, roadmaps.
• Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, GenAI-enabled capabilities.
