Job summary

EY is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead strategic cyber solution development and drive trusted advisory services across EY client engagements. The role partners with account leadership, solution architects, and global cyber practices to deliver differentiated offerings.

The candidate will influence pursuit strategy, manage complex proposals, and mentor teams while advancing EY’s cyber transformation initiatives for major accounts in diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cyber transformation programs.
• Proven success supporting sales pursuits and account growth.
• Experience developing cybersecurity business cases, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Strong understanding of managed security services and security operations.
• Experience working directly with CISOs and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated cybersecurity solutions aligned to client business objectives and risk priorities.
• Design innovative offerings spanning Cyber Defense & Fraud.
• Lead development of repeatable service offerings, solution accelerators, and implementation frameworks.
• Collaborate with sector cyber teams to bring leading practices into client solutions.
• Develop operating models, service catalogs, staffing plans, and roadmaps.
• Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and GenAI-enabled capabilities into cybersecurity solutions.
• Serve as cyber domain lead for strategic accounts across the insurance sector.
• Support account teams in identifying, qualifying, and shaping opportunities.
• Lead cybersecurity proposal development for strategic opportunities.
• Present solutions during client workshops, orals, and executive sessions.
• Manage pipeline forecasting and reporting for cyber opportunities.
• Advise clients on cyber investment prioritization, service optimization, and transformation.
• Align cybersecurity programs with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to development of new EY cyber offerings and go-to-market solutions.
