Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Practice Specialist to advance sales in Enterprise Security for the CRS Service Line. The role covers IAM, GRC, SOC, SIEM, compliance, and risk management with opportunities across Technology, Media, Software, Gaming, and Communications verticals. Location: Dallas or New Jersey.

The candidate will lead presales, architect security solutions, drive revenue, and manage large bid processes with virtual teams, interfacing with CXOs and steering committees.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in Cybersecurity services including IAM, GRC, SOC, SIEM, compliance, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated sales experience targeting Technology & Communication Vertical
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security offerings and client needs.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, especially with CXOs.
  • Self-starter with a customer-oriented and commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and client expansion in Enterprise Security Solutions.
  • Manage presales consulting and architect solutions based on customer needs.
  • Oversee revenue management for assigned regions or accounts.
  • Develop business development plans for specific sectors or accounts.
  • Take ownership of farming and hunting accounts to maximize opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end bid management for security programs within allocated accounts.
  • Engage with CXOs to build the Security Business.

  • Sales and Client expansion in Enterprise Security Solutions Offerings
  • Manage Presales Consulting, Architect Solutions according to the customer demands
  • Responsible for revenue management for the allocated region / accounts
  • Create Business Development Plans for allocated sector / accounts
  • Ownership for both Farming and Hunting accounts

  • Represent the team in various steering committees, resolver groups and drive the entire engagement

  • Manage Customer expectations and be responsible for CSAT
  • Identify and convert new opportunities for business.
  • Manage complete end to end Bid Management process of Security Programs for the region / accounts
  • Evangelize Security Solutions and convert them into opportunities
  • You will be able to demonstrate a persevering and customer-oriented approach with commercial and business acumen.
  • You will have effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong market knowledge of Enterprise Security industry and trends.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from$200,000.00 to$280,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
