You'll lead incident response, vendor security management, and security training, partnering with the CIO organization in the Baltimore-Washington area. Required TS/SCI clearance, U.S.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship required at time of application.
• Five+ years at CIO or deputy-CIO level of accountability across IT leadership, planning, budgeting, and privacy program leadership.
• Five+ years advocating digital equity and accessibility of information and telecommunications technologies.

Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain enterprise security governance practices.
• Coordinate compliance frameworks and oversee risk and audit activities.
• Lead major incident response and manage third-party security vendor expectations.
• Drive organization-wide cybersecurity education and training.
