Qualifications

• 5+ years IT leadership and accountability experience.
• 5+ years IT strategic planning experience.
• 5+ years IT budgeting and funding decisions experience.
• 5+ years IT investment management experience.
• 5+ years information security and privacy program experience.
• 5+ years supporting digital equity and accessibility initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CMMC).
• Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability testing.
• Coordinate security audits to validate control effectiveness.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and resource allocation.
• Lead crisis response during major breaches with containment and recovery.
• Oversee third‑party security vendor selection and acquisitions.
• Promote a security‑first culture with organization‑wide training.
