Job summary

Spry Methods is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead contractor personnel supporting enterprise IT and cybersecurity operations. You will act as the primary contractor point of contact and coordinate program activities across compliance, risk, audits, incident response coordination, and third-party vendor oversight for an onsite engagement in Linthicum, MD.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years IT leadership and accountability.
• Experience with IT strategic planning and budgeting.
• Experience with IT workforce planning and investments.
• Experience implementing information security and privacy programs.
• Experience with DoD/IC or Federal IT programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and oversight of contractor personnel.
• Serve as primary contractor point of contact for CODE activities.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and contractor teams.
• Track requirements, risks, schedules, and performance.
• Ensure quality and compliance with program requirements.
• Coordinate tasks across project teams to prevent resource conflicts.
• Support IT strategic planning, budgeting, and accountability.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CMMC).
• Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments and audits.
• Lead crisis-response during significant security incidents.
