Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Senior Specialist, Cybersecurity Governance to support the enterprise Cybersecurity Governance Program. You will develop and maintain governance documents, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive awareness and training aligned with regulatory and business objectives.

You will also contribute to metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement, while ensuring policy adherence, control effectiveness, and governance maturity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT risk management, governance, or related disciplines.
• Experience conducting risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting, control reviews, or compliance assessments.
• Experience developing guidance documentation and senior management reporting.
• Certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISA, Security+, CGRC are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and administer governance documents (policies, standards, procedures, playbooks, frameworks).
• Collaborate with risk, IT, OT, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver governance services.
• Develop security awareness content and trainings based on governance metrics and threat landscape.
• Maintain document repositories, workflows, change management, and audit-ready publications.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance programs, capabilities, and maturity.
