Job summary

Carnival Corporation Ltd. is seeking a Specialist, Cybersecurity Governance in Miami, FL (hybrid) to strengthen governance oversight, reporting, and alignment to policies and controls.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver governance services and drive program maturity. The role emphasizes improving operational resilience, risk-based decisions, and continuous improvement within enterprise governance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), including cybersecurity principles and risk management methodologies.
• Understanding of security concepts such as security awareness, identity and access management, vulnerability management, data protection, and security operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT risk management, governance, or related disciplines (1–2 years).
• Knowledge of information technology, cybersecurity, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Use security awareness platforms and phishing simulation tools to plan, execute, analyze, and improve phishing, smishing, vishing, and deepfake resilience initiatives.
• Contribute to security awareness and training content, including bulletins, e-learning modules, presentations, and communications.
• Support cybersecurity maturity assessments, including completion, reporting, and mitigations, to evaluate program effectiveness and track actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver governance services.
• Identify opportunities to enhance cybersecurity governance programs, capabilities, effectiveness, and maturity.
