Carnival Cruise Lines in Miami is seeking a Cybersecurity Governance Program Manager to lead the enterprise governance program across global brands. You will coordinate standards, policy development, and training to improve security maturity and resilience.

You will drive metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting, partner with risk, IT, OT, privacy and legal teams, and identify opportunities to strengthen governance across geographies and business units.

Qualifications

• Experience with governance, risk and compliance (GRC) frameworks and security controls.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive policy adoption across multiple brands and regions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the enterprise Cybersecurity Governance Program across global brands.
• Oversee maturity assessments, reporting, and remediation tracking.
• Develop and report KPIs and executive dashboards on governance performance.
• Collaborate with Risk, IT, OT, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and business units to deliver governance services.
• Identify opportunities to enhance governance capabilities and operational resilience.
