Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Senior Specialist, Cybersecurity Governance to support the enterprise governance program, aligning policies, standards, and controls with regulatory requirements. You will drive governance processes, relate to risk management, and enable effective oversight across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
• 2-5 years of cybersecurity governance experience.
• Experience with risk assessments, monitoring and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance documents (policies, standards, procedures, playbooks).
• Collaborate with risk, IT, OT, compliance, and legal teams to deliver governance services.
• Develop awareness content and trainings based on governance metrics.
• Maintain repositories, workflows, and change management for policy governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve cybersecurity governance programs and maturity.
