Carnival Corporation & plc in South Florida is seeking a Senior Specialist, Cybersecurity Governance to support the enterprise governance program and policy compliance. You will develop governance documents, coordinate with risk, IT, OT, legal, and privacy teams, and drive training initiatives aligned with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information security, IT, CS, risk management, business administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years in cybersecurity, information security, IT risk management, governance or related disciplines.
• Experience in risk identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting, control reviews, or compliance.
• Experience developing guidance documentation and senior management reporting.
• Certifications: CRISC, CISSP, CISA, Security+, CGRC.
• Experience with GRC platforms (LogicGate, Archer, ServiceNow IRM).
• Knowledge of regulatory/privacy requirements (SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA, CIS, SEC).
• Knowledge of AI security and governance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain governance documents (policies, standards, procedures, playbooks).
• Collaborate with Risk, IT, OT, Legal, Privacy, and stakeholders to deliver governance services.
• Develop security awareness content and training materials.
• Maintain document repositories, workflows, version control, and audit records.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance programs and maturity.
