Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/Cybersecurity/IT or related field.
• Certifications preferred: CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, Microsoft Security/Azure, CISSP, or Security+.
• Extensive hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience in SSE/SASE, Zero Trust, network security, cloud security, or related enterprise security technologies.
• Zscaler technologies including ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, ZDX, GRE/IPsec tunnels, SSL/TLS inspection, proxy/traffic forwarding, and policy troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, optimize, and support enterprise security technologies across a large environment.
• Lead security implementations from architecture through production handoff and documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex security issues across SSE/SASE, network, cloud, identity, and endpoint security.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams and communicate findings clearly.
