Job summary

Clarity Innovations, LLC in Herndon, VA, seeks a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity & IT Compliance to lead governance, risk, and authorization activities across DoD/IC environments.

Reporting to the VP of IT, you will drive RMF, ATO artifacts, vulnerability management, incident response, and security operations, shaping a mature security program while guiding a technical team in a fast-paced government contracting setting.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity, information assurance, or IT compliance experience in DoD/IC environments.
• Hands-on RMF experience with SSPs, POA&M, controls, evidence, and ATO packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance activities across RMF, NIST, CMMC, FISMA, for DoD/IC environments.
• Develop and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, control matrices, and ATO artifacts.
• Coordinate vulnerability assessments, remediation, and evidence collection.
• Lead incident response, contingency planning, and risk management activities.
• Provide governance and technical oversight for secure mission environments and vendor relationships.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity/IT/
