Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and oversight of cybersecurity programs and initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive security assessments and audits of DoD systems.
• Evaluate and document compliance with RMF and DoD security policies.
• Manage cybersecurity risk, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee corrective actions.
• Serve as primary liaison with government stakeholders on security posture and compliance.
• Oversee development of security policies, standards, and architecture guidance.
• Support security authorization packages, POA&Ms, and ATO documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior cybersecurity team members.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Lead to support mission-critical operations at Ft. Belvoir or Quantico. This role involves managing enterprise cybersecurity initiatives and assessing security controls across complex systems and networks to ensure compliance with DoD standards and the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

The ideal candidate combines strategic program leadership with deep cybersecurity expertise to protect sensitive defense infrastructure and information systems.

Key Responsibilities
