Job summary

Clarity Innovations seeks a Senior Manager of Technical Mission Readiness to lead planning, integration, and operational readiness of technology capabilities across mission programs and classified environments.

Reporting to the VP of Information Technology, you translate mission requirements into executable solutions, drive readiness milestones, and oversee secure infrastructure in DoD/IC contexts.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive IT/infrastructure/mission tech experience in DoD/IC.
• Experience with SCIF, classified environments and mission networks.
• Ability to translate customer/mission requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assess mission readiness for existing and emerging programs.
• Translate program requirements into actionable infrastructure and technical requirements.
• Lead readiness reviews and coordinate with One IT, Security and stakeholders.
• Support design, deployment, and sustainment of classified and mission environments.
