Job summary

Clarity Innovations, LLC seeks a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity & IT Compliance to oversee governance, compliance, authorization, and risk management across corporate and mission environments, with DoD/IC focus. Reports to the VP IT and drives authorization, maturity, and risk reduction initiatives.

The role leads security documentation, vulnerability management, and government certification efforts, aligning SBOMs, evidence, and artifacts with IC and DoD requirements. onsite in Herndon, VA.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level II/III, CISSP preferred, or equivalent DoD 8140.03.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity/IT/CS or related field.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, IA, or IT compliance within DoD/IC.
• Hands-on RMF with SSP, POA&M, control implementation, and ATO prep.
• Knowledge of FISMA, NIST 800-53/800-171, CMMC, RMF, ICD, JSIG.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance activities across CMMC, NIST 800-171/800-53, FISMA, RMF.
• Prepare SSPs, POA&M, control matrices, ATO artifacts and evidence.
• Ensure audit-ready cybersecurity documentation and environment accuracy.
• Coordinate vulnerability scans, assessments, and risk reviews.
• Support audits, certifications, and government authorization efforts.
• Manage POA&M lifecycle with remediation tracking and evidence collection.
• Oversee vulnerability management across enterprise and mission systems.
