Synopsys, Inc. is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity leader to own end‑to‑end automation and orchestration across Security Operations.

You will architect scalable frameworks that unify SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, and cloud security, while designing AI‑driven workflows for triage, investigation, and response. You will mentor teams, partner with SOC, IR, Threat Intelligence, and Product, and relentlessly pursue a forward‑leaning security posture against evolving threats through automation and AI

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with significant depth in Security Operations, Automation, Incident Response, and Detection Engineering.
• Expertise in designing and deploying large‑scale security automation and orchestration in enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with SOAR platforms, SIEMs, EDR/XDR, and security telemetry pipelines.
• Proven ability to apply AI/ML, including LLM and agentic technologies, to security workflows.
• Advanced scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) and experience integrating APIs at scale.
• Strong data analytics skills, with proficiency in analyzing large datasets and leveraging databases/data warehouses.
• Solid systems architecture skills, spanning cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), identity, networking, and distributed systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing senior technical and executive stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, cloud security certs), though practical experience is valued more highly.

Responsabilidades

• Own and define the end‑to‑end automation and orchestration strategy for Security Operations.
• Architect scalable, resilient automation frameworks that integrate SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, cloud security, and more.
• Design and deploy AI, LLM, and agentic workflows for alert triage, enrichment, and response.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI and detection technologies to stay ahead of threats.
• Act as a senior mentor and thought leader within the SecOps group.
• Collaborate with SOC, IR, Threat Intelligence, Detection Engineering, and cross‑functional teams.
• Stay current on the threat landscape and ensure tooling mitigates evolving threats.
