Synopsys Inc. invites a seasoned cybersecurity leader to own end-to-end automation and orchestration for Security Operations, spanning detection, triage, investigation, containment, remediation, and post-incident learning.

You will architect scalable automation integrating SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, cloud security, identity, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence, while designing AI/LLM-driven workflows to enhance alert handling and response actions.

Formación

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with depth in Security Operations, Automation, Incident Response and Detection Engineering.
• Experience deploying large-scale security automation in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with SOAR, SIEM, EDR/XDR and telemetry pipelines.
• Proven ability to apply AI/ML, including LLM and agentic technologies, to security workflows.
• Strong scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) and API integration at scale.
• Data analytics across large datasets and databases/data warehouses.
• Cloud and distributed systems familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent communication with senior technical and executive stakeholders.
• Certs (CISSP/GIAC) valued but practical experience is prioritized.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end automation and orchestration strategy for Security Operations (detection to post-incident learning).
• Architect scalable automation frameworks integrating SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, cloud security, identity, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
• Design and deploy AI/LLM/agentic workflows to enhance alert triage, enrichment, investigation, and response actions.
• Continuously evaluate new AI and security tech to maintain proactive security posture.
• Mentor and lead SecOps engineering toward higher automation fluency and rigor.
• Partner with SOC, IR, Threat Intelligence, Detection Engineering, AEM, IT, Legal, Product to align security with business priorities.
• Stay ahead of threat landscape and ensure tooling effectiveness.
