Job summary

Optiv Security Inc. in Omaha, NE is seeking a field-based Sr. Account Manager to lead security services and technology solutions for select strategic accounts. You will own the entire sales cycle, build multi-year plans, and coordinate a cross-functional team to drive growth and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with executives to understand business goals and deliver security programs that align with Optiv’s offerings, with quarterly reviews and ongoing stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in technology sales, preferably cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (sales, pre-sales, services).
• Ability to build relationships with executives and sponsors.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.
• Negotiation experience and strategic account management focus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client executives within assigned accounts.
• Lead creation of multi-year strategic account management plans.
• Develop and manage a multi-quarter forecast with accuracy.
• Grow pipeline within accounts to meet targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support accounts.
• Communicate Optiv's value proposition to clients and partners.
• Engage with technology partners to generate leads.
