Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems- Missile Defense Integration seeks a Principal Cyber Systems Engineer (ISSE) at Schriever Space Force Base, CO. The role requires a Top Secret clearance, IAT Level II certifications, and on-site work with no remote option.

The position supports C2BMC operations for integrated missile defense and security across strategic levels. Responsibilities include tuning cybersecurity tools, building dashboards, and integrating security products to ensure robust security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE/SE or related field with 5 years experience; or Master's with 3 years experience; or 9 years experience as alternative
• Active Government-Issued 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher
• Active Top Secret clearance to start
• Windows/RHEL admin experience; install, tune, troubleshoot Cyber Tools (ESS/HBSS, ConfigOS, Splunk/Elastic)
• Knowledge of Software Assurance (SwA) static/dynamic code analysis (Fortify)

Responsibilities

• Tune and optimize cybersecurity tools (ESS, Elastic, ConfigOS, Tanium) to improve performance and threat detection
• Create custom dashboards to visualize security data for quick issue identification and trends
• Integrate security products to ensure seamless data flow across the infrastructure; manage upgrades and deployments
