Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to help clients strengthen cybersecurity programs and governance. You will evaluate risk, design target operating models, and translate insights into practical, business-focused recommendations across industries.

Travel of 25–50% is required as you support engagements and deliver executive-ready deliverables. Your work will span strategy development, transformation roadmaps, and governance frameworks, with mentorship to junior staff and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field with 3–5 years of experience (or graduate degree with 2–4 years).
Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and policy development.
Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Willing to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements with clients.
Support assessments, interviews, workshops, and translate findings into recommendations.
Develop target operating models, governance frameworks, and roadmaps.
Prepare client deliverables and executive presentations; mentor juniors.
