Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to drive cybersecurity strategy engagements across industries. You will evaluate programs, governance, and risk management, guiding client capabilities and transformation roadmaps. Collaboration with EY teams and presenting to executives is essential.

You will develop target operating models, maturity assessments, and roadmaps, while mentoring juniors and supporting business development. Travel estimates reflect client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduate degree with relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management and strategy.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001/27002 and PCI DSS.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level client deliverables and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements for clients.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate programs, governance structures, policies, operating models and risk management capabilities.
• Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, and reports for diverse audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development and thought leadership.
