Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to help clients evaluate cybersecurity programs, governance, and risk management while delivering practical strategies that align with business objectives. You’ll work on engagements across industries and develop expertise in transformation and target operating models.

You will lead stakeholder interviews, prepare client deliverables and executive presentations, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or a related field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments and maturity evaluations.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate programs, governance structures, policies, operating models, and risk management capabilities.
• Develop strategies, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, and reports.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
