Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to help clients evaluate cybersecurity programs and strengthen risk management. You will work on complex engagements across industries, shaping target operating models and transformation roadmaps while collaborating with EY teams.

You will develop and present strategies, supporting executives with practical recommendations and governance frameworks. Travel 25-50% is expected to meet client needs and drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduate degree with relevant experience in cybersecurity
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and policy development
• Strong presentation and client-facing reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements for clients
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Evaluate governance structures, operating models, and risk management capabilities against industry frameworks
• Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, and reports for technical and non-technical audiences
