Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to evaluate cybersecurity programs and develop practical strategies aligned with business objectives. You will work across industries to strengthen governance and risk management, shaping transformation roadmaps.

You will prepare executive-ready deliverables and presentations, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development efforts within EY’s Cyber Strategy practice. Travel up to 25-50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management or related field; 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements with clients and EY teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop governance frameworks, target operating models, maturity assessments, and transformation roadmaps.
