Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to evaluate cybersecurity programs and strengthen risk governance across industries. You will help design operating models, roadmaps, and governance frameworks, working closely with clients and EY teams.

The role emphasizes delivering executive-level presentations, managing complex engagements, and traveling 25–50% as needed to support client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, CS, engineering, business, risk management, or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience; or graduate degree with 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and policy development.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
