Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• Approx. 3-5 years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree with 2-4 years.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and policy development.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, and PCI DSS.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements with clients.
• Evaluate cybersecurity programs, governance structures, policies, and risk management capabilities against industry frameworks.
• Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, and reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary EY teams, mentor juniors, and contribute to business development.
• Develop cybersecurity strategies, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
