Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an experienced Cyber Security Operations Manager to lead complex cybersecurity initiatives, oversee cyber operation teams, and ensure program compliance across CONUS/OCONUS locations in a multi‑program environment.

You will direct operational staff, improve processes, and support procurement of software/hardware for the cybersecurity organization, aligning with DoD, NIST, and Zero Trust standards while delivering secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 10 years of experience including 7 years in leadership.
• Strong Cyber Security and IT background with DoD/NIST knowledge and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational staff supporting the cybersecurity program and tools.
• Collaborate with Cyber Engineering and Threat Teams to assess security, risk, and compliance.
• Lead procurement and vendor coordination for secure solutions.
• Develop weekly plans and provide status updates across cyber/IT teams.
• Translate complex security requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
