Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Focused Operations Lead to manage Defensive Cyber Operations, coordinate threat intelligence, hunting, emulations, and countermeasures across NGA programs and the enterprise.

The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, 3+ years in leadership, and DoD 8140.01/8570.01-M IAT III and CSSP Analyst credentials, with strong communication skills for executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or IT-related discipline with 8+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Must hold TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph.
• Leadership roles for minimum 3 years; executive briefing experience required.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity systems, networks, and web architecture.
• DoD 8140.01 / 8570.01-M IAT III and CSSP Analyst certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of all teams within the Defensive Cyber Operations focus.
• Coordinate Threat Intelligence, Hunt, Adversarial Emulations and Defensive Countermeasures.
• Mature workflows into a unified Fusion Cell and integrate with SOC operations.
• Provide guidance to leadership on resource prioritization and performance.
• Brief executives and stakeholders with clear, concise assessments.
