You will mentor security teams, drive secure DevOps practices, and collaborate with DoS stakeholders to uphold enterprise security standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related cybersecurity engineering experience.
• Active Top Secret Clearance.
• Experience with enterprise-scale security engineering and secure infrastructure design for complex distributed environments.
• Demonstrated leadership managing complex security projects and coordinating security initiatives across distributed environments.
• Expert knowledge of security frameworks including NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP and related architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of security solutions across global CA IT infrastructure supporting 40,000+ users across 350+ facilities.
• Ensure security is integral to the SDLC, aligning with DOS policies, NIST 800-53, and STIGs.
• Design secure networking architectures within CA enclaves and integrate with DoS enterprise networks.
• Lead implementation of high-availability security tooling including WAFs, DDoS protection, IDS/IPS.
• Develop FedRAMP-compliant cloud systems meeting data sovereignty and encryption requirements.
• Architect SIEM integration, log aggregation, and real-time threat detection.
• Provide security leadership for infrastructure initiatives and DevSecOps tooling (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube).
• Conduct risk assessments, coordinate penetration testing, and deliver remediation guidance.
