Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Operations Manager to lead the cyber operations team and drive secure technology solutions across CONUS/OCONUS programs. You will ensure compliance with DoD, NIST, and Zero Trust frameworks while directing procurement and vendor relationships.

The role requires a strong background in cyber security management, risk assessment, and mentoring technical staff, with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience including seven (7) years of leadership experience.
• Strong Cyber Security and IT background.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Networking and cyber defensive tool expertise.
• Ability to mentor and develop individual contributors at various competencies.
• Strong knowledge and use of AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Direct the cyber operation team and oversee cyber tool development and security posture.
• Manage operational staff supporting the cybersecurity program and related tools.
• Collaborate with Cyber Engineering and Threat Teams to assess security, risk, and compliance.
• Apply data analysis to produce reporting on security posture across infrastructure.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to develop robust cybersecurity solutions.
• Lead cross-team efforts within Cyber and IT to achieve compliant results.
• Develop weekly plans and provide ongoing initiative status updates.
• Translate complex security requirements into clear guidance for non-technical staff.
