Job summary

CACI International seeks a Cyber Security Engineering Manager to lead complex cybersecurity initiatives and guide architecture, engineering, compliance, and operations across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

You will direct engineering teams, engage with senior leaders, and ensure alignment with DoD, NIST, and Zero Trust while managing high-visibility programs and delivering secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Assurance/Cybersecurity/Engineering or similar.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience including seven (7) years of leadership experience.
• Strong Cyber Security and IT background.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Networking and Cyber Defensive tool expertise.
• Ability to mentor and develop individual technical contributors at various competencies.
• Strong knowledge and use of AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff supporting robust and evolving cybersecurity programs and related tooling.
• Work with Cyber Operations and Threat Teams to assess security, risk, and compliance levels of systems.
• Monitor trends in cybersecurity threats and NIST 800 standards.
• Support mitigation strategies and track stakeholder implementation to address risks.
• Use data analysis to report on security posture of infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop robust solutions.
