Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Cyber Planning and IT Infrastructure Analyst to provide strategic, technical, and operational support for enterprise cyber planning and IT modernization across complex environments.

The role requires 12+ years in cyber planning or related IT, JP 5-0 expertise, and ability to communicate with senior leaders; you will develop CONOPS, training plans, and executive briefings while coordinating with enterprise networks and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with 12+ years in cyber planning or related IT.
• Knowledge of JP 5-0, CPI, SAFe, and ITIL 4 Foundation principles required.
• Experience with LAN, CAN, WAN, cloud, data centers, servers, and communications systems.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber planning and mission integration using JP 5-0.
• Align planning with DCDC leadership vision across enterprise IT environments.
• Develop CONOPS, Training Plans, and executive briefs for leadership audiences.
• Deliver decision-support products for senior leaders and stakeholders.
