Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader, seeks an experienced senior program manager to own Office of the CISO operations and reporting. You will interface with the CISO and CIO leadership, manage OKRs, KPIs, and KRIs, and drive executive-ready narratives for boards and ELT.

This role is primarily remote-friendly with limited travel, requiring strong judgment, governance, and collaboration across product, sales, and risk teams. A proven ability to influence without authority is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or related discipline.
• Ability to operate independently at the senior leadership level and drive decisions.
• Experience creating executive-level content for Office of the CIO, ELT, and Board audiences.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve the operating model and rhythm for the Office of the CISO.
• Prepare the CISO for CIO-level meetings with readiness and a clear point of view.
• Identify friction and introduce scalable solutions without being asked.
• Own deliverables, deadlines, and reporting for the CISO organization.
• Represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership forums when needed.
• Support budget tracking, headcount planning, and AOP inputs with the Director.
