Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a senior program operations professional to lead the Office of the CISO's operating rhythm, reporting, and governance. You will partner with the CIO office, drive executive-ready content, and enable AI-enabled workflows across security leadership.

This remote-friendly role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, budget planning, and data-driven reporting across ELT and the Board. You will own the reporting lifecycle, align with product, sales, and events, and help scale

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or related discipline.
• Experience operating independently at senior leadership level and driving decisions.
• Experience developing executive-level content and narratives for CIO/ELT/Board audiences.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise program management tools and data integrity.
• Proven ability to apply AI to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the operating rhythm for the Office of the CISO.
• Prepare the CISO for executive-level meetings and align with CIO-level forums.
• Identify and remove friction by implementing scalable solutions.
• Serve as primary operational contact for the Office of the CIO.
• Represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership forums when needed.
• Support budget tracking, headcount planning, and AOP inputs.
• Own the reporting lifecycle for the CISO organization across multiple systems.
• Produce and maintain weekly status updates for diverse audiences.
• Establish reporting standards across the program management team.
