Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a senior program/operations leader for the Office of the CISO in Sunnyvale. You will own the operating model, reporting cadence, and executive communications to ensure the CISO and Office of the CIO operate with clarity and impact.

In this remote-friendly role, you will coordinate budgets, headcount planning, and OKR/KPI reporting while applying AI-enabled workflows to improve processes and drive efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management or operations experience in technology or cybersecurity.
• Ability to operate independently at senior leadership level with strong judgment.
• Experience creating executive content for ELT/Board audiences.
• Proven adoption of enterprise program tools and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the reporting lifecycle for the CISO organization across multiple systems.
• Prepare executive materials and facilitate senior leadership meetings.
• Drive alignment and decisions across stakeholders without formal authority.
• Support budget, headcount planning, and AOP processes with vendor management.
