The role emphasizes independent execution, strategic thinking, and applying AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency across cybersecurity programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing executive-level content and narratives for senior audiences.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise program management tools and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Office of the CISO operating model, reporting, and governance.
• Prepare and facilitate executive meetings, ensuring readiness and alignment.
• Lead reporting lifecycles, OKRs/KPIs, and cross‑team communications.
• Apply AI tools to improve workflows and enable AI-enabled processes.
