Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a senior program manager to lead the Office of the CISO. This remote-friendly role owns governance, reporting, and executive engagements, driving clarity and speed for the cyber security leadership.

You’ll coordinate with CIO, ELT, and the Board, shaping narratives, dashboards, and status updates. A strong background in enterprise tooling and AI-enabled workflows will help accelerate decisions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related discipline.
• Ability to operate independently at senior leadership level and represent a team without a manager in the room.
• Experience developing executive-level content and narratives for Office of the CIO, ELT, and Board-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve operating model and rhythm for the Office of the CISO, including planning cadences and governance structures.
• Manage all deliverables, deadlines, and reporting between the CISO organization and the Office of the CIO.
• Represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership forums and prepare for meetings with executive presence.
• Lead budget tracking, headcount planning, and AOP inputs with the Director.
• Own the reporting lifecycle for the CISO organization across multiple systems and audiences.
• Produce weekly status updates tailored to different audiences and ensure coherent storytelling in reports.
