Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader, seeks a senior program/ops professional to operationalize the Office of the CISO. You will own reporting, governance, and executive communications, and shepherd AI-enabled process improvements across the CIO and Board-level forums.

You will collaborate closely with the Director, manage budgets and headcount data, and drive cadence for executive reviews and program health across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management or business operations in tech/cybersecurity
• Ability to operate independently at senior leadership level
• Experience creating executive content for ELT and Board audiences
• Strong knowledge of enterprise PM tools and data governance
• Proven ability to apply AI to improve workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead the Office of the CISO operations and governance including reporting structures and cadences
• Prepare senior leadership for meetings and ensure alignment for CIO-level forums
• Own across-the-board reporting: OKRs, KPIs, KRIs, project health for multiple audiences
• Develop executive-level narratives and content for key governance forums
• Manage budget tracking, headcount planning, and annual operating plan inputs
• Oversee the Crowd for Crowd program communications and milestone reporting
