CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a senior program and operations professional for the Office of the CISO. You will own governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at the executive level, coordinating with the CIO office and ELT to drive execution.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and applying AI to streamline workflows while maintaining rigorous data quality and communications across the organization.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or related discipline in tech/cybersecurity environments.
• Ability to operate independently at senior leadership level, with recommendations and decisions.
• Experience developing executive-level content and narratives for Office of the CIO, ELT, and Board audiences.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise program management tools (WorkBoard, Asana, Jira, ServiceNow).
• Proven track record applying AI to improve decision-making and workflows.

• Improve the operating model and rhythm for the Office of the CISO, including planning cadences and governance structures.
• Prepare the CISO for senior leadership meetings and align with the CIO level forums.
• Identify frictions and implement scalable solutions without being asked.
• Own reporting lifecycle for the CISO organization across multiple systems and audiences.
• Produce and maintain weekly status updates tailored to different audiences.
