Job summary

Deloitte France seeks an AVP to lead cyber Foundry's Engineering Managed Services portfolio, guiding senior teams across engagements and geographies. You will shape incident response, security operations, and threat management while mentoring managers and analysts to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Expect strategic client interactions, governance oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to grow the Cyber Foundry practice.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in SOC, MSS, or Cyber Operations.
5+ years in people leadership across engagements.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
Ability to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements, including delivery, forecasting, margin, and governance.
Act as senior escalation point and trusted advisor to CISOs and CIOs for security incidents and risk decisions.
Set strategy across security operations, incident response, and related domains.
Coach and develop managers, technical leads, and analysts across geographies.
Drive practice growth through wins, proposals, and vendor relationships.
